    Thank you for your feedback which helps improve our service. We are very proud of our response times here at Revolut Concierge. Other concierges boast that they will acknowledge a request within 3 hours – well we don’t believe that’s good enough. On average it takes less than 2 minutes for you to receive an email acknowledging that your request has been received, viewed, loaded and allocated to an expert to start working on. We close 30% of requests within 10 minutes, 60% within 3 hours and 99% within 1 business day. Sometimes requests do take longer, especially outside core business hours or when we rely on third parties for supplying information to us. We apologise that this has been the case on this occasion.
