1. WHAT MAKES YOUR APP BETTER
We spent 14 months building our app. The first 4 months were spent picking apart and analyzing apps on the market – from private banking concierge services such as Coutts, AMEX and HSBC Jade to private concierge apps to similar news, booking and tickets services. We realized that in the whole these app didn’t work, were badly designed, didn’t tailor answers or offers to the user, and were substandard. We also engaged with over 150,000 clients to understand what they would like from the app – how to use it, and how to interact with it. We then designed, redesigned and tested our app alongside one of the world’s leading app design companies.
2. WHO DESIGNED YOUR APP
Our technology team is headed up by our director, Tony Baxter, who has installed a strong emphasis of Sincura being a technology driven concierge. Tony started writing code at the age of 8 on his father’s BBC Micro and after studying computing, maths and finance at University he joined software house Logica as an architect for Fastwire, the world’s fastest Swift messaging system as used by Bank of England and processing 200 financial messages per second / 5million per day.
After setting up his own software consultancy at the age of 22, he won IT contracts with Nomura (strategic data management), UBS (change the bank technology), DrKW (repo desk technology), Finansbanken, Norway (front office technology), RZB (front office technology). He then joined the Credit Suisse Asset management team to implement data and behavior modelling strategies before finishing his IT career at Lehman Brothers. Since founding the Sincura Group it has always been his vision to bring the same strategies used by the major banks to the concierge industry, to both understand and predict client behavior.
We used one of the world’s leading app design companies with a team of over 6 developers based in London and Europe, alongside our data team, to finally release this app to you.
3. IS THERE MORE TO COME
Absolutely, the app will constantly develop and grow. We already have features penciled in for the next release including notifications, airport lounges at the touch of a button, and much more to be revealed later. We are also releasing the app through all our international offices in local languages and local news and offers tailored to you.
4. ARE YOU GATHERING MY DATA
Quite simply yes. However, we do not publish or share your data but use it to better tune answers to you. Sincura have been developing our custom in-house CRM system since 2014 and it has grown into the most complex and advanced system on the market, acknowledged by our company winning a breakthrough research and development grant in 2019.
As the most technically advanced concierge on the market, our behavioral analytics help the concierge to better understand how and why you interact with our app as you do, your expectation and requirements, as well as making more accurate predictions and responses based on that information. In short, it allows us to tailor our services towards you, and to put tailored recommendation and offers in front of the client at the perfect time. This increases the client satisfaction, feedback and response times.
